螺母镉镀层在有机气氛-湿热环境下的腐蚀机理分析
Corrosion mechanism analysis of cadmium coating on nuts in organic atmosphere-hygrothermal environment
摘要
Abstract
In order to save the production costs and improve the production efficiency,a certain type of engine often uses wooden transportation boxes for packing,turnover,and transportation.In the long-term sealed wooden transport box,an organic atmosphere environment will be formed.Coupled with the hot and humid environment of the assembly plant,the cadmium coating on the engine nuts will be corroded.The corrosion behavior of cadmium coating on nuts under the interaction of organic atmosphere and hygrothermal environment is studied by the interaction test of organic atmosphere and hygrothermal environment.In addition,the corrosion behavior of cadmium coating of nut in a single hygrothermal environment is studied after it is separated from the interactive environment.The results show that the chemical corrosion and the electrochemical corrosion occur in the cadmium coating of nuts after the interaction test of organic atmosphere and hygrothermal environment,and the organic acid salts produced by the reaction of organic acid and cadmium in the wood box are found in the corrosion products.After leaving the organic atmosphere,the chemical corrosion stops,but the cadmium coating of nut continues to undergo electrochemical corrosion,and the corrosion degree further develops.关键词
