天华肉羊与湖羊杂交后代多羔主效基因FecB检测
Detection on fecundity of FecB gene in hybrid offspring of Tianhua mutton sheep and Hu sheep
摘要
Abstract
To study the reproductive performance of the crossbred offspring between Tianhua mutton sheep and Hu sheep,15 Tianhua mutton sheep,128 Hu sheep and 241 crossbred offspring between Tianhua mutton sheep were selected in this experiment.Using the FecB gene as a candidate gene,the study explored the variation patterns of this gene within the three sheep populations.The results showed that the gene frequencies of BB type,B+type and++type were 0.60(76),0.34(44)and 0.06(8)respectively.The B+and++genotypes of FecB gene were detected in the offspring of Tianhu cross,and the gene frequencies were 0.89(214)and 0.11(27)respectively.The FecB gene of Tianhua mutton sheep only had++genotype.The average litter size of individuals with the BB genotype in the Hu sheep population was significantly higher than that of individuals with the B+and++genotypes.The results indicate a decreasing trend in the frequency of the BB genotype in Tianhu hybrid offspring(FecB).关键词
