摘要

Abstract

When using smooth blasting technology for bench-by-bench open-pit mining,the uncoupled charge coefficient and confining pressure are important factors in improving blasting efficiency.Numerical simulation of single-hole blasting was conducted using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to study the relationship between the un-coupled charge coefficient and blasting cracks as well as the crushed zone,in order to optimize the uncoupled coefficient and improve the utilization rate of explosive energy.The study also analyzed changes in the optimal uncoupled coefficient under applied bidirectional equal confining pressure.The results show that when the un-coupled coefficient is 1.67,the utilization rate of explosive energy is higher;the uncoupled coefficient suppres-ses the generation of random crack and guides the propagation of main cracks by reducing the intensity of stress waves and prolonging the action of gas pressure;confining pressure affects rock restraint and suppresses crack propagation;as confining pressure increases,the radius of the crushed zone first increases and then decreases;compared with the condition without confining pressure,the optimal uncoupled coefficient increases under ap-plied confining pressure.
