转向架临界速度的区域灵敏度研究
Regional Sensitivity Research on Critical Speed of a Bogie
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effect of laws of stochastic suspension parameters on the lateral stability of railway vehicles and quantify the influence of the relevant parameters on the critical speed,the Latin hypercube sampling technology is used,and the Hermite orthogonal polynomials are employed to establish an approximate functional relation between the critical speed and the suspension parameters of a railway bogie.Then this functional relation is applied to regional sensitivity analysis of the bogie system.Not only the importance ranking orders of the stochastic suspension parameters are obtained,but also the contributions of the suspension parameter to the mean ratio and variance ratio of the critical speed are quantified,respectively,by decreasing the upper boundary,increasing the lower boundary,symmetrically shrinking the interval,and fixing it at a certain quartile of the interval of the regional mean ratio functions and variance ratio functions.It is shown that the secondary suspension lateral damper and the primary lateral stiffness connected to 2-position wheelset etc.,have the greatest influences on the critical speed of the bogie within the considered suspension parameters and their variable ranges.The critical speed of the vehicle can be effectively improved,and the variance of the critical speed can be significantly reduced by controlling the variable range of these suspension parameters.关键词
