经方治疗中晚期肺癌研究进展
Research Progress on Classical Formulas in the Treatment of Advanced-Stage Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Classical formulas demonstrate unique advantages in multiple aspects regarding improving clinical symptoms,reducing tumor markers and inflammatory factors'levels,enhancing body immune function,treating complications,directly inhibiting tumor growth,and alleviating toxic side effects,etc.associated with Western medicine treatments in patients with advanced-stage lung cancer.However,some shortcomings remain as follows:(1)The quality of clinical research is uneven:Some clinical studies fail to strictly adhere to the TCM principle of"treatment based on syndrome differentiation,"exhibiting the phenomenon of"one formula for multiple uses"while neglecting individual differences,which affects the reliability of conclusions.Furthermore,many studies have small sample sizes and re-search design limitations,potentially leading to biased results and consequently affecting the scientific evaluation of efficacy.(2)Basic research is relatively weak:Current research primarily focuses on observation of clinical efficacy,with a severe lack of basic research on the pharmacological mechanisms,active components,and targets of classical formulas for lung cancer.(3)There is a lack of evidence for long-term efficacy:Existing clinical studies mostly focus on short-term efficacy indicators,with insufficient attention and high-quality data on long-term survival possibilities for patients.Therefore,future research should focus on the following aspects:(1)Strengthening basic research by utilizing modern molecular biology and other technologies to deeply elucidate the material basis and mechanisms of ac-tion of classical formulas in treating lung cancer.(2)Conducting high-quality,large-sample,multi-center randomized controlled clinical trials to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of more classical formulas in treating advanced-stage lung cancer,with particular emphasis on their role in prolonging the survival length of patients.关键词
