从"形神一体观"论治外阴白色病变
On Treatment of Vulvar Leukoplakia from the Perspective of the"Body-Spirit Harmony"Theory
摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis of vulvar leukoplakia,from the perspective of the physical form,is primarily attributed to factors such as pathogenic wind and parasitic erosion,dampness-heat pouring downward,and yin deficiency of the liver and kidney,etc.These factors lead to local disharmony of qi and blood,resulting in skin malnourishment.From the perspective of the spirit,when the heart-spirit is be-sieged by vexation and depression,the functions of qi movement become obstructed.This stagnation transforms into heat,which further consumes and damages yin blood.Consequently,the generation and transformation of qi and blood become deficient,and their normal circulation is disrupted,impairing their functions of nourishment and warming.This ultimately leads to a lack of nourishment in the vul-var region,manifesting as symptoms of vulvar pruritus.Thus,physical impairment and emotional dysregulation exhibit a dynamic,recip-rocal causality.Deficiency in the root and excess in the manifestation constitutes the foundation of"physical impairment",while emo-tional disorder forms the root of"spirit injury".The treatment principle,therefore,should regulate both the body and the spirit simulta-neously,focusing not only on local lesions but also on regulating the patient's psychological state and emotions.Treating the physical form primarily involves external therapies and acupuncture,while calming the spirit is achieved mainly through formulas for internal reg-ulation and emotional therapies.This integrated approach of treating both body and spirit can not only alleviate the patient's physical symptoms,but also relieve associated mental disorders,thereby facilitating the harmonization and balance of qi,blood,yin,and yang and promoting the patient's overall recovery.关键词
