Well Points in Treating Post-Stroke Limb Spasticity
摘要
Abstract
The pathological nature of post-stroke limb spasticity is characterized by root deficiency and superficial excess, with cold pathogen, dampness pathogen, and blood stasis as key pathological factors.Treatment should focus on tonifying deficiency, eliminating pathogens, and balancing yin and yang.Well points,as the starting points of channel qi,have extensive therapeutic effects. They can not only clear heat, revive consciousness, but also regulate yin-yang,and harmonize the exterior-interior relationship.Clinically, well points for post-stroke limb spasticity are often combined with other techniques to enhance efficacy and shorten treatment duration.Regulating yin-yang is fundamental to treatment.Needling the twelve hand well points to adjust yin-yang and achieve yin-yang balance is critical for post-stroke spasticity.Differentiating zang-fu organs forms the basis of treatment, requiring correction of abnormal physiological functions in the brain, lung, liver, spleen, and kidney.Understanding tonification and reduction principles is essential,as well points can both ex-pel excess pathogens and stimulate yang qi.Clinicians should prioritize syndrome differentiation and flexible application, avoiding rigid adherence to single techniques.Further research is needed on point selection, needling depth, and stimulation intensity.Moxibustion effi-cacy is closely tied to moxibustion sensation,qi arrival, and post-moxibustion sores, emphasizing the importance of dosage.Researchers should deepen studies of ancient classical works, innovate by integrating modern research, tailor treatments to individual and temporal factors, expand TCM's therapeutic scope, and provide guarantees for human health.关键词
