加味半夏白术天麻汤对痰湿中阻型高血压患者肠道菌群及JAK2/STAT3信号通路的影响
The Effect of Supplemented Pinellia and White Atractylodes and Gastrodia Decoction on Intestinal Flora and JAK2/STAT3 Signaling Pathway in Hypertensive Patients with Phlegm-Dampness Obstructing the Middle Energizer Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Pinellia and White Atractylodes and Gastrodia Decoction in trea-ting hypertension with phlegm-dampness obstructing the middle energizer syndrome and its effect on intestinal flora changes and protein levels of the Janus kinase 2(JAK2)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)signaling pathway.Methods:A total of 136 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received Levamlodipine Besylate,while the observation group received Supplemented Pinellia and White Atractylodes and Gastrodia Decoction combined with Levamlodipine Besylate.Clinical efficacy,adverse reaction rates,and changes in TCM syndrome scores,blood pressure levels,intestinal flora,and JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway protein levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,which was sig-nificantly higher than 76.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores such as headache,dizziness,vomiting of phlegm,abdominal distension,head heaviness,etc.decreased in both groups,with lower scores in the observation group versus the control group(P<0.05).The immediate systolic blood pressure,immediate dias-tolic blood pressure,24-hour dynamic systolic blood pressure,and 24-hour dynamic diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indicators were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The number of anaerobic bacteria in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,while the number of aerobic bacteria was lower than that before treatment.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The protein levels of JAK2,p-JAK2,STAT3,and p-STAT3 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Pinellia and White Atractylodes and Gastrodia Decoction can effectively control blood pressure levels and improve clinical symptoms in hypertensive patients with phlegm-dampness obstructing the middle ener-gizer syndrome.Its mechanism of action may be related to improving intestinal flora and inhibiting the expression of JAK2/STAT3 signa-ling pathway proteins.关键词
