摘要

Abstract

The system scheme of China's first inflatable capsule is proposed in this paper,key technologies are also elucidated including inflatable capsule structure technology,strap-based stowage technology,and flexible protection technology,the inflatable capsule is compared with rigid cabins and similar foreign products in the end.The inflatable capsule is launched into orbit with the SJ-19 satellite,withstood the mechanical environment assessment during launch phase and successfully completed a series of flight operations,including cabin unlocking,inflation,de-ployment,and sealing performance test after entering orbit.Through the analysis of flight data,it has been proven that the inflatable capsule meets the expected technical verification,including pressure resistance,sealing performance,temperature inside the capsule.The recommendations for future development are also proposed based on the flight test.
