Abstract
In response to the challenges that traditional development models are difficult to adapt to high-density,high-intensity batch production demands and systematized application require-ments,a scaled-up development model based on digitalization and intelligent control is proposed in this paper,covering process optimization,construction of integrated satellite production lines,and data-driven batch production control methods.Experimental results from the production of a certain low earth orbit(LEO)satellite demonstrate that the satellite assembly,integration,and testing(AIT)cycle has been compressed from 6~8 months to 1 month,with an annual produc-tion capacity exceeding 200 satellites,which verifies the effectiveness of the method and provides reference for efficient and large-scale batch production of LEO satellites.关键词
