Analysis of the Influence of Micro-Vibration on the Imaging Quality of a Three-Mirror Space Camera

Abstract
A full-chain simulation analysis was conducted based on an integrated model method to investigate the impact of micro-vibrations on the imaging quality of an off-axis three-mirror space camera.Through finite element simulation analysis and surface fitting,data such as rigid-body displacement and surface distortion were imported into the optical analysis software to obtain the modulation transfer function and image point displacement analysis results of the optical system of the space camera under the influence of microvibrations.A static imaging quality analysis was conducted,and it was found that the impact of the rigid-body displacement of the optical components on the modulation transfer function of the space camera was greater than the impact of surface distortion,but both the declines of MTF are less than 5%.Dynamic imaging quality analysis was also conducted,and within an exposure time of 3 ms,the load applied along the Z-direction was most severely affected,with the maximum image point offset of △x-131.42 μm and △y-276.07 μm,indicating a generally poor imaging quality.Through a full-chain simulation analysis,the impact of the micro-vibration load on the imaging quality of the off-axis three-mirror space camera was studied,providing a reference and guidance for its optimization design and vibration isolation compensation measures.关键词
