废旧锂电池化学放电及有价金属损失研究
Chemical discharge and valuable metal loss of waste lithium batteries

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of waste lithium battery chemical discharge,which are prone to polluting substances and waste of resources caused by the loss of valuable metals during the chemical discharge of waste lithium batteries,chloride salt solution,alkali solution and organic acid solution were used as discharge solutions to study the discharge process of lithium batteries.The effects of solution type,concentration and temperature on battery discharge efficiency were compared.At the same time,the solid precipitation generated during the discharge process and the valuable metal ions in the discharge solution were quantitatively analyzed,and the morphology of the cathode material after discharge was analyzed,so as to explore a green and environmentally friendly discharge solution with less valuable metal ions,which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent recovery of valuable metals.The results show that L-ascorbic acid solution can achieve rapid discharge,the mass concentration of valuable metal ions released after discharge is minimal,and the structural damage to the cathode material after discharge is light,which is conducive to the subsequent recovery of the cathode material.关键词
