花丝螺旋型扰流子线圈数对传热特性的影响
Influence of coil numbers of filigree spiral type turbulator on heat transfer characteristics

Abstract
Heat exchanger is one of the most important equipment in petrochemical industries.The enhancement of heat transfer performance of heat exchanger is favorable not only for reducing the cost but also for improving the energy utilization rate.Numerical simulation was adopted to investigate the effect of the coil numbers of the filigree spiral type turbulator on the heat transfer characteristics of a heat exchanger under the condition of a constant heat flux of 1 000 W/m2 at the wall and Reynolds number Re of 4 000-21 000 with 50 ℃ water as the working medium,along with the selection of RNG k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm.The results show that the inclusion of turbulator can effectively enhance the fluid disturbance inside the heat exchanger,which promotes fluid mixing and significantly improves heat transfer.In a unit length of the core wire,the best heat transfer is achieved at a coil number of 4,and the Nusselt number Nu is improved by 142.8%-228.5%compared to plain tube.As the coil numbers increases,the friction factor f increases gradually.The performance evaluation criteria Hpec is all greater than 1 within the investigation scope.When the coil number is 3,Hpec is the best,reaching 1.36-1.81.关键词
