Analysis of Dynamic Evolution Characteristics and Obstacle Factors of Marine Economic Resilience in China's Coastal Areas

Abstract
Marine economic resilience is an important part of the high-quality development of the marine economy,based on the theoretical exposition of marine economic resilience,this paper constructs a three-dimensional dynamic evaluation index system to evaluate the resilience level of the marine economy.This paper divides the period after the impact of the global financial cri-sis in 2008 into three stages,uses the entropy weight TOPSIS model to evaluate the dynamic e-volution process of marine economic resilience across China's 11 coastal provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities,analyzes the obstacles to the improvement of marine economic resili-ence in various regions by using the obstacle degree model,divides the types of obstacles,and puts forward differentiated suggestions.The research results are as follows:From 2008 to 2020,China's marine economic resilience demonstrated continuous improvement.A dimensional analysis shows fluctuating upward trends in resistance capacity,recovery capacity,and trans-formative renewal capacity,with the latter two exhibiting more substantial growth.The spatial pattern of marine economic resilience remained relatively stable.Medium-high resilience regions progressively concentrated in southeastern coastal areas,while the distribution of low-resilience regions showed no significant changes.Divergence within the three major marine economic circles exhibited an expanding trend,primarily driven by disparities between the northern and southern marine economic circles.Transformative renewal capacity emerged as the primary con-straining factor limiting resilience enhancement in most coastal regions.Targeted policy inter-ventions should be implemented according to distinct obstacle typologies across different re-gions.关键词
