Typical Paradigms,Realistic Dilemmas and Advancement Pathways for Green Common Prosperity in the Coastal Islands of Zhejiang
摘要
Abstract
Green development can promote common prosperity,and green common prosperity is the essence of this concept.As a relatively weak area in advancing common prosperity,the coastal island urgently needs to"expand the middle and uplift the bottom"to form a new re-gional development paradigm of green common prosperity.This paper analyzes the typical para-digms and effective experiences of green common prosperity actions in the coastal islands of Zhejiang,focusing on the shortcomings in the process of promoting common prosperity,such as lagging marine governance capabilities,low industrial scale efficiency,difficulties in realizing the value of ecological products,and a lack of high-quality public service resources.It proposes a systematic optimization path for green common prosperity on the islands,emphasizing ecological priority in green governance,establishing green industries through energy conservation and carbon reduction,creating green spaces through comprehensive tourism,fos-tering green transformations via co-construction and sharing,and enhancing green awareness to practice the concept of marine ecological civilization.关键词
