我国城市海洋产业生态化的路径思考OA

Thoughts on the Pathways to Ecological Transformation of Urban Marine Industries in China:A Case Study of Shenzhen

在生态文明建设的背景下,海洋产业生态化是支撑蓝色经济可持续发展的重要方式.文章概述了我国海洋产业生态化发展的现状,分析了我国城市海洋产业生态化的 4 个主要方向.以深圳市为例,梳理了海洋经济发展和绿色化的现状,针对产业存在的问题和绿色化的发展趋势,提出了海洋产业生态化的路径建议,包括加大涉海产业结构调整和绿色技术升级、建设绿色智慧港口提升海洋交通运输业绿色化水平、传统渔船改造和推动海洋牧场绿色化建设、海洋高端装备制造业探索绿色节能控污技术、重大涉海工程绿色化设计和建设、海洋产业生态环境风险防控等,为我国其他城市海洋产业生态化提供一定的借鉴.

Within the context of ecological civilization construction,the ecological transformation of marine industries serves as an important means of supporting the sustainable development of the blue economy.This paper summarized the current state of marine industriali-zation and ecological development in China,and also explored four major directions for the eco-logicalization of urban marine industries.Taking Shenzhen as an example,the paper reviewed the status of marine economic development and greening.In response to the existing issues in the industry and the trend of green development,the paper proposed pathways for the ecological development of the marine industries,including:increasing the adjustment of marine-related in-dustrial structures and green technology upgrades,constructing green and smart ports to en-hance the green level of marine transportation,upgrading traditional fishing boats,and promo-ting the green development of marine ranching,exploring green energy-saving and pollution control technologies in the high-end marine equipment manufacturing industry,designing and constructing major marine projects with green principles,and controlling ecological environmen-tal risks in the marine industry,with a view to providing reference for the ecological develop-ment of marine industries in other cities.
