Abstract
Based on a thorough understanding of the internal process of the serpentine tube water heat storage heat exchanger,through reasonable assumptions,a system of differential equations describing the internal heat transfer process of the serpentine tube water heat storage heat exchanger is established.This system of equations contains a partial differential equation and an ordinary differential equation,which are coupled to each other through their respective source terms.After limiting the initial and boundary conditions,the analytical solution of the above differential equation system is obtained,which can be used as a simplified engineering calculation model for analyzing the performance of the serpentine tube water heat storage heat exchanger.Three different water heat storage heat exchangers are selected as the calculation objects.The calculation results of the proposed model are compared with the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation results to verify the accuracy of the model in predicting the performance of water heat storage heat exchangers.The results show that this model can predict the overall performance of the water heat storage heat exchanger and provide temperature information at different times and positions inside,which is helpful for optimizing the control system and operating conditions.关键词
