Abstract
Accurately identifying the break-even point of geothermal heating projects is of great significance for the sustainable development and stable operation of the projects.Introduce the concept of production and sales ratio,analyze the key factors influencing the production and sales ratio and cash payment cost respectively from the project income and cost composition,and establish a quantitative relationship model between the two.Taking a certain community in Hebei Province as the research object,the minimum charging rate and the minimum production and sales rate under different heating areas are obtained,and the sensitivity of heating fee prices and electricity prices is analyzed.The results show that under the condition of ensuring a balance between income and expenditure,projects of a specific scale need to achieve the minimum level of collection rate and production and sales rate.This research can provide references for project development decisions and operational optimization regulation.关键词
