Abstract
The operation and governance of the social security fund after the transfer of local state-owned capital has become an impor-tant issue of concern for all sectors of society.Currently,there are problems in the operation of local state-owned capital after transfer,such as narrow and unsmooth investment channels,insufficient participation of the receiving entities in governance,insufficient multidi-rectional synergistic effects,lack of exit channels and methods for the transfer of state-owned capital,and inadequate operation and management mechanisms.These problems directly affect the sustainable operation of the transfer and directly affect the quality and effi-ciency of enriching the social security fund.It is urgent to continue to improve and optimize governance strategies based on the actual situation.It is recommended to further solve the difficulties in operational governance,optimize operational governance strategies,and enhance operational governance efficiency by optimizing the management methods of shareholding operations of the contracting parties,exploring their participation in state-owned enterprise governance paths,constructing a multidimensional and multidimensional collabo-rative mechanism for the contracting parties,establishing a risk isolation and exit mechanism for transfer of state-owned assets,and strengthening the construction of regulatory mechanisms for transfer of state-owned assets.关键词
