The Impact of Agricultural Socialized Service Support Policies on Farmland Rent:Analysis Based on Agricultural Production Trusteeship Program

Abstract
The policy of supporting socialized agricultural services not only expands the service market but also reshapes the decision-making environment for farmers,thereby triggering changes in land rent.Based on micro survey data of agricultural production trustee-ship projects,this article empirically tests the effect of agricultural socialized service support policies on the increase of agricultural land rent and compares the different impacts caused by differences in support links.The results showed that the agricultural production trust-eeship project significantly increased the agricultural land rent in pilot counties,and compared with the support for strong externalities,the policy design that supports conventional links such as cultivation,planting,and harvesting has a more significant driving effect on the increase in agricultural land rent.The conclusion of the PSM robustness test is still valid.Further research shows that external serv-ice supply will amplify rental increases,and subsidy eligibility will lead to heterogeneity in regulation:subsidized entities suppress the rise of agricultural land rents due to a decrease in their willingness to transfer,while nonsubsidized entities increase their agricultural land transfers due to a decline in market competitiveness and business contraction,which in turn pushes up agricultural land rents.Mechanism analysis shows that policies influence micro decisions through the"service rent"chain,providing an empirical basis for precise design of support links and mitigation of policy premiums.关键词
