Abstract
Objective To understand the perception of family doctor services among contract recipients in Guangming District,Shenzhen, and to explore measures to improve contract coverage. Methods An online survey was conducted to investigate the awareness, satisfaction, and compliance of 1358 contracted individuals in 6 streets under the jurisdiction of the district regarding the family doctor service project. The TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate the perceived level of contracted individuals in the family doctor service in the district. Results The awareness rates of the contracted parties regarding the name of the family doctor and the services provided by the family doctor were 84.09%and 97.35%,respectively.The satisfaction rates of consultation response, appointment convenience, technical level, service attitude, and service for improving health were 96.69%,99.26%,94.92%,96.76%,and 97.50%,respectively.The willingness rate to continue receiving services was 98.75%,and the compliance rate with suggestions on healthy lifestyles was 99.78%.The average final closeness(C-value)of the six streets was 0.516.Conclusion The perception of family doctor services by contracted individuals mainly depends on competency factors rather than attitude factors. Therefore,it is necessary to improve service quality and enhance service technology to improve the perception of contracted residents.Considering the high willingness rate of contract renewal among the contracted parties,it is recommended to further improve the contract coverage by optimizing the management of the family doctor team, accurately allocating performance, and other measures..关键词
