Abstract
Objective To understand the level of chronic disease prevention and control literacy and influencing factors among residents in Longyan City,and to provide the theoretical basis for the next step of health education work.Methods A stratified multi-stage random sampling method was adopted,and the National Residents'Health Literacy Monitoring Survey Questionnaire was used to conduct a survey among permanent residents aged 15-69 in Longyan City.Results The literacy levels of chronic disease prevention and control among residents in Longyan City from 2020 to 2024 were 21.99%,22.92%,32.61%,30.53%,and 34.25%,respectively,showing a linear increasing trend.A multi-factor Logistic regression analysis based on 2024 data indicated that age,educational level,occupation,and smoking status were the influencing factors of chronic disease literacy.Conclusion The overall level of chronic disease prevention and control literacy among residents in Longyan City shows a linear increasing trend,with age,education level,occupation,and smoking status being the main influencing factors.In the future,attention should be paid to health education on weak points such as dietary nutrition,and various targeted intervention measures should be carried out for low educated individuals,middle-aged and elderly people,smokers,farmers,etc.,to continuously improve the level of chronic disease literacy.关键词
