Abstract
Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of health literacy among residents in Lishui District,Nanjing,and provide a basis for formulating health policies and intervention measures.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select residents aged 15-69 in Lishui District for a questionnaire survey.Results The health literacy level of residents in Lishui District in 2023 was 27.5%.The highest level of health literacy in the three aspects was health skills(39.5%),and the lowest was basic knowledge and concepts(28.3%);the highest level of literacy in six types of health issues is safety and first aid,accounting for 74.1%,while the lowest level is infectious disease prevention and control,accounting for 28.3%.Multivariate logistics regression analysis shows that age and educational level were the main influencing factors of residents'health literacy.Conclusion The health literacy level of residents in Lishui District needs to be further improved.Targeted health education for the elderly should be carried out,and school health education should be continuously implemented,with a focus on basic medical care,chronic disease prevention and control,and infectious disease prevention and control health education.关键词
