Abstract
Objective To analyze the health science popularization policy texts issued by national ministries from 2009 to 2023,providing the basis for the comprehensive and systematic implementation of health science popularization policies.Methods Using content analysis,an analytical framework is constructed from three dimensions:policy tools,policy objectives,and policy timing,to deeply analyze the policy texts.Results The study found an imbalance in the use of science popularization policy tools,a need to strengthen guidance and standards,and an overly concentrated policy objective.Conclusion Government departments should further improve the dissemination mechanism of health science popularization knowledge when formulating popularization policies;pay attention to balancing the number of policy tools used,optimizing the structure of use;coordinate policy objectives for collaborative development.关键词
