Abstract
Objective To understand the participation and influencing factors of occupational health examinations and health promotion activities,and provide a basis for formulating health promotion strategies for occupational populations.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted on employees of enterprises and institutions in a certain street town in Shanghai using random cluster sampling method.Results The participation rate of health check for employees in enterprises and institutions was 87.96%;interpreting the medical examination report was the protective factor for employees to participate in health examinations.The participation rate of health promotion activities was 80.37%,and state-owned enterprises and state-controlled enterprises aim to reduce the influencing factors of employee participation in health promotion activities;compared with the lack of occupational disease prevention and control training,the implementation of occupational disease prevention and control knowledge was an influencing factor in improving employees'participation in health promotion activities.Conclusion Efforts should be made to strengthen the education of occupational protection knowledge and general health knowledge among occupational groups,improve theoretical knowledge level,and focus on enterprises and employees.Various measures should be comprehensively carried out from all aspects to strengthen and refine health promotion methods.关键词
