Abstract
Objective To analyze the data of physical examination for partial municipal kindergartens of children in Linyi City,to understand the physical health of children,in order to provide basis for kindergartens health care work of this city.Methods Using a cross-sectional survey method,791 children aged 4-7 from three kindergartens in Linyi City had been conducted health examinations in 2023 and data was collected for analysis.Results The detection rate of overnutrition in kindergarten physical examinations was 23.77%;there was a statistically significant difference in obesity rates between genders(P<0.05).The detection rates of dental caries,anemia,and poor vision were 66.75%,1.26%,and 19.60%,respectively;there was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of dental caries among children of different genders(P<0.05);there is a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of poor vision among children of different age groups(P<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of anemia among boys of different age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of overnutrition,dental caries,and poor vision among kindergarten children in Linyi City is relatively high,which should be highly valued by parents and childcare institutions to achieve early prevention,detection,and treatment.关键词
