摘要
Abstract
At the current stage,military medical universities still face problems in student management,including outdated management concepts,insufficient attention to students'mental health,and lack of targeted management.Students are unable to establish firm professional beliefs,which affects the effectiveness of management work.To this end,military medical universities should strengthen the cultivation of medical humanities literacy among students in their management work,cultivate their professional spirit,and update their management concepts in a timely manner.They should attach importance to the education and guidance of students'mental health,integrate management into their entire learning and life process,and strengthen the quality of management work from the perspective of mental health in a targeted manner.关键词
