摘要

Abstract

Soybean cyst nematode(SCN,Heterodera glycines),is one of the most important pathogens in soybean production worldwide.Its control measures have long relied on crop rotation and chemical control,which have problems such as toxic residues,environmental pollution,and nematode resis-tance to chemicals.The variation of nematode physiological races and the lack of soybean resistant varieties have further increased the difficulty of control.Biological control has become a research hot-spot due to its environmental friendliness and sustainability.This article systematically reviews the research progress of SCN biocontrol agents over the past 40 years,focusing on the screening of re-sources such as bacteria and fungi.It covers the analysis of action mechanisms including parasitism,metabolic antagonism,ecological niche competition,and plant systemic resistance induction.It also summarizes the field efficacy of representative biocontrol agents such as Bacillus spp.and Purpureo-cillium lilacinus in single-agent,compound-agent and synthetic community formulations.Under the experimental conditions,some of these agents can reduce the number of cysts by more than 50%.The application prospects of nano-carrier delivery systems and gene editing technologies in the opti-mization of biocontrol agents are also prospected to promote the precise and practical development of the SCN biological control system.
