大豆种质资源对花叶病毒病的抗性评价及分子辅助鉴定
Resistance Evaluation and Molecular-Assisted Identification of Soy-bean Germplasm Resources for Mosaic Virus Disease

Abstract
To clarify the differences in resistance to mosaic virus disease among soybean germplasm resources at home and abroad,this study took 1 079 soybean germplasm resources as materials,ad-opted the artificial virus liquid rubbing method to conduct resistance identification on SMV1 and SMV3,and selected some resistant and susceptible resources for molecular-assisted identification and cluster analysis.The results showed that 48 soybean germplasm resources highly resistant and re-sistant to SMV1 were screened out,among which 14 were highly resistant.99 soybean germplasm re-sources highly resistant and resistant to SMV3 were screened out,among which 8 were highly resis-tant.11 soybean germplasm resources were simultaneously highly resistant to SMV1 and SMV3.Through the analysis of the disease resistance of soybean germplasm resources in different regions,the proportion of foreign resources highly resistant to SMV1 and SMV3 was the highest,13.2%and 15.3%,respectively.Using SSR markers related to the resistance gene RSMV1 of SMV1 against Soy-bean Mosaic Virus(SMV)strain 1,such as HSP176 and Satt510,to test 48 resistant and susceptible resources,the highest accuracy rate was obtained by Satt334,reaching 47.9%.Using SSR markers Satt362 and Satt114 related to the resistance gene RSMV3 of SMV3 against SMV strain 3 to test 48 re-sistant and susceptible resources,the highest accuracy rate was obtained by Satt114,reaching 52.1%.Cluster analysis was carried out using 4 SSR markers related to the resistance gene RSMV1.At a similarity coefficient of 0.71,the resources were divided into four major groups,among which 83.3%of the soybean resources were classified correctly.Cluster analysis was carried out using 2 SSR mark-ers related to the resistance gene RSMV3.At a similarity coefficient of 0.50,The resources were divided into two major groups,among which 83.3%of the soybean resources were classified correctly.关键词
