摘要

Abstract

Soybean oil,composed of glycerol and fatty acids with an unsaturated fatty acid content exceeding 80%,holds significant value in both food and industrial applications;however,the molecu-lar mechanisms underlying its biosynthesis have not yet been fully elucidated.circRNAs(circular RNAs),a class of ubiquitous and structurally unique non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)in organisms,can regulate target gene expression by competitively binding to miRNAs,thereby participating in the regulatory network of lipid biosynthesis.In this study,based on the preliminary miRNAs and tran-scriptome sequencing of the group,Cytoscape software was used to construct lipid synthesis-related ceRNAs network interactions and analyze the biological functions of the target genes in combination with GO and KEGG functional annotations.The results revealed that competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNAs)regulatory relationships were identified among a total of 21 circRNAs,18 miRNAs,and 65 mRNAs,with some target genes significantly enriched in pathways related to fatty acid biosynthesis,transport,and metabolism.PCR validation was further conducted using divergent and convergent primers,successfully confirming the circular structures of four candidate circRNAs.Preliminary find-ings indicate that the expression of lipid biosynthesis-related genes may be regulated by circRNAs through the sequestration of specific miRNAs.The foundation for the identification and prediction of circRNAs associated with soybean lipid biosynthesis has been laid by this study,while new insights into the complex mechanisms underlying soybean oil synthesis have also been provided.
