Exploration of Curriculum and Teaching Content System in Alignment with Professional(Industry)Standards in the Radio and Television Editing and Directing Major at Local Universities:A Case Study of Jingchu University of Technology

Abstract
In recent years,media content has shown an exponential growth trend,and media technology has been constantly updated and upgraded.However,graduates majoring in the Radio and Television Editing and Directing face problems such as low professional ability levels,insufficient job stability,and high career transition rates in their employment.Based on data analysis from the MyCOS Employment Report,a comparative study of relevant professional(industry)standards and multiple versions of the talent training programs for the Radio and Television Editing and Directing major at Jingchu University of Technology,found that the current curriculum and teaching content system suffer from issues such as the foundational nature of core skill instruction,a lack of market-oriented thinking,and a mismatch between supply and demand in the market.To address these problems,measures are proposed such as constructing competency-oriented course group,transforming professional teaching to meet market demands,and embedding industry-education integration into daily teaching practices.These measures aim to strengthen the professional core skills and cultural-market literacy of students at local universities,thereby enhancing their employment competitiveness,and laying a solid foundation for their employment and career development.关键词
