多重逻辑视角下高校绩效评价体系的演进趋势与实践路径
The Evolutionary Trends and Practical Pathways of University Performance Evaluation Systems from a Multiple-Logic Perspective

Abstract
This study employs the bibliometric tool CiteSpace 6.3.R1(64-bit),taking 812 core documents indexed from 1998 to 2024 as the research objects,to systematically sort out the evolutionary context,research hotspots and cutting-edge trends in this re-search field.The research results show that this research field follows the three-stage paradigm transformation of"policy guidance-paradigm establishment-value reconstruction",namely the policy guidance period(1998-2009),the paradigm formation period(2010-2018)and the value reconstruction period(2019-2024),forming the scientific development path of"policy guidance-aca-demic response".The current research presents a dispersed academic ecosystem,characterized by low author cooperation density,absence of core author groups,and un-integrated interdisciplinary research,with no inter-university cooperative research formed at present.The research focuses on the core topic of"performance evaluation",integrates policy analysis and empirical research,and explores the innovation of scientific research performance management and evaluation paradigms.To promote the upgrade of the performance evaluation paradigm in Chinese universities from instrumental rationality to educational value orientation,the future re-search trends will unfold from the following four paths:constructing a diversified evaluation system with classified dynamic collabo-ration,exploring the integration path of intelligent technologies,improving the quality assessment framework oriented by student de-velopment,and optimizing the continuous improvement mechanism driven by evaluation results.关键词
