营养支持护理在机器人辅助腹腔镜结肠癌根治术中的应用效果评价
Evaluation of the application effect of nutrition support nursing in robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of nutrition support nursing in patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Methods:112 patients who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer at Huanggang Central Hospital from May 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 56 patients in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing care,while the experimental group received individualized perioperative nutrition support nursing in addition to the routine nursing care.Postoperative recovery,nutritional status,immune function and inflammatory response,incidence of postoperative complications,quality of life at 1 month after surgery,and compliance with nutrition intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in general patient characteristics between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating good comparability.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had significantly earlier times to first anal exhaust,first defecation,and resumption of oral intake,as well as a shorter length of hospital stay(P<0.05).The incidence of feeding intolerance was lower in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).On postoperative day 7,serum albumin,hemoglobin levels,and the CD4+/CD8+ratio were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group,while NRS-2002 scores,the extent of weight loss,and CRP and WBC levels were lower(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative infection,intestinal obstruction,and enteral nutrition intolerance were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 month after surgery,the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)scores and nutrition intervention compliance scores were significantly better in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nutrition support nursing in patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer can effectively promote postoperative recovery,significantly improve the patients'nutritional and immune status,reduce the incidence of complications,improve their quality of life and nursing compliance,which has good clinical application value.关键词
