达芬奇手术机器人应用于宫颈癌患者保留生育功能手术的效果研究
Study on the effect of Da Vinci surgical robot in fertility-preserving surgery for cervical cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the safety,feasibility,and clinical value of Da Vinci surgical robot-assisted fertility-sparing surgery(FSS)in cervical cancer patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on nine cervical cancer patients who underwent FSS at Jilin Cancer Hospital from August 2015 to October 2019.The patients were divided into Group A(n=5,underwent Da Vinci surgical robot-assisted surgery),Group B(n=2,underwent conventional laparoscopic surgery),and Group C(n=2,underwent open surgery).Surgical indicators,postoperative complications,inflammatory responses,tumor prognosis and pregnancy outcomes were compared among the three groups.Results:All surgeries were successfully completed without severe complications.Group A had the longest operative time(shortest in Group B),the least blood loss(most in Group C),and the earliest recovery times(defecation,catheter removal,and drainage tube removal),with Group C showing the slowest recovery(P<0.05).Length of hospital stays were shortest in Group A and longest in Group C,while surgical costs were highest in Group A and lowest in Group C(P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in lymph node resection counts among the three groups(P>0.05).Postoperatively,all patients resumed menstruation,and no recurrence occurred during the 5-year follow-up.Successful pregnancies were achieved in all three groups.Conclusion:Da Vinci surgical robot-assisted FSS is safe and feasible,with advantages including minimal bleeding,reduced trauma,fewer complications,milder inflammatory responses,faster recovery,and successful pregnancies,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
