321健康宣教模式在机器人辅助腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜癌患者中的应用
Application of the 321 health education model in patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery for endometrial cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of the 321 health education model on the postoperative hope level of endometrial cancer patients.Methods:80 endometrial cancer patients who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(red card,n=40)and the control group(blue card,n=40)using a randomized draw of red and blue cards.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given 321 health education model intervention on the basis of the control group.Postoperative recovery,hope levels,quality of life,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared to the control group,the observation group experienced significantly shorter times to first anal exhaust,bowel sound recovery,first ambulation,and length of hospital stay(P<0.05).The observation group scored higher in positive preparation and expectation,interconnectedness,as well as time and future orientation(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group had lower scores in physical symptoms,emotional state,social function,sexual function,and related issues(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction scores,including medical service experience,affordability,and accessibility and convenience,were also significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 321 health education model can accelerate postoperative recovery,enhance hope levels,improve quality of life,and increase patient satisfaction in endometrial cancer patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery.关键词
