Patient's right to informed consent is a fundamental legal right in healthcare services,encompassing the two core elements of"informed"and"consent".With the rapid development of medical technology,the clinical application of high-tech medical devices like surgical robots has brought this right into broader public awareness,accelerating its digital transformation.This shift has effectively improved medical service efficiency,enhanced transparency in medical information,and ensured decision-making based on full disclosure,thereby safeguarding patient rights.Starting from the connotative development of the right to informed consent,this study explores its relationship with robot-assisted surgery risk disclosure,thoroughly analyzes the trends and challenges of its digital transformation,and systematically proposes feasible strategies to address these challenges.These strategies include improving legal frameworks,increasing technological research and development,strengthening regulatory oversight,respecting patient autonomy,and enhancing professional competencies.This study aims to provide valuable references for further implementation of digital transformation in informed consent practices.
