山西省科技金融政策对科技产出的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Shanxi Province's Technology Finance Policies on Scientific and Technological Output

Abstract
Taking the technology finance policy documents issued by Shanxi Province from 2010 to 2022 as the research object,this research uses text analysis method to quantify the technology finance policies from three dimensions,namely the intensity,objectives,and measures of policy formulation,and empirically studies the impact of Shanxi Province's technology finance policies on scientific and technological innovation output.Research has found that the technology finance policies introduced by Shanxi Province have varying degrees of impact on different scientific and technological output indicators,with a more significant impact on patent authorization and technology market transaction volume.However,their role in promoting the scientific and technological output in areas such as scientific papers,monographs,and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements is not significant.This conclusion has been confirmed through robustness test.The mechanism analysis results indicate that Shanxi Province's technology finance policies mainly promote technological innovation by making up for the insufficient research and development funds of enterprises.The research proposes the optimization paths for Shanxi Province's technology finance policy system from such aspects as strengthening top-level design,expanding coverage,and increasing support for patent transformation.关键词
