Abstract
Seizing the opportunity of government affairs digitalization construction holds significant practical implications for promoting urban green transformation and sustainable development.However,the mechanism through which government affairs digitalization interacts with urban green economic development still requires empirical investigation.This study analyzes data from 40 cities in the Yangtze River Delta and employs the entropy method,fixed effect model and other techniques to examine the impact and mechanism of government affairs digitalization on urban green economic development.The findings reveal that government affairs digitalization demonstrates a significant promoting effect on urban green economic development in the Yangtze River Delta,with this conclusion holding true through multiple robustness tests.Heterogeneity of the promoting effects indicates obvious differences across cities with varying development levels and geographical distributions,among which the promoting effect of Anhui Province is the most significant.Mediating effect analysis suggests that government affairs digitalization facilitates urban green economic development by enhancing public participation.The study concludes with policy recommendations emphasizing differentiated urban development strategies tailored to local conditions,strengthened digital infrastructure construction,and implementation of multi-stakeholder governance mechanisms to amplify the positive impact of government affairs digitalization on green economic development in the Yangtze River Delta.关键词
