Survey on Integration of Blockchain and Mobile Edge Computing:Technologies and Applications
摘要
Abstract
The rapid development of mobile edge computing(MEC)drives the demand for low-latency,high-bandwidth,and energy-efficient computing in fields like the Internet of Things and intelligent transportation.Blockchain,a decentral-ized distributed technology,enhances MEC systems with its strengths in data security,privacy protection,and distributed management.The integration of MEC and blockchain leverages their complementary advantages.This study provides a systematic overview of the core concepts and technical characteristics of blockchain and mobile edge computing,estab-lishing a foundation for understanding their integration mechanisms.Subsequently,it explores the key applications of blockchain within MEC,encompassing task scheduling,resource management,data security,privacy preservation,collab-orative communication,and consensus mechanism optimization.Then,it presents representative case studies of block-chain-integrated MEC in domains such as vehicular networks,healthcare,and unmanned aerial vehicles.Finally,it synthe-sizes the existing challenges of this technological convergence and delineates prospective directions for future research.关键词
