Survey on federated learning-based communication technologies for space-air-ground integrated networks
摘要
Abstract
The SAGIN is a heterogeneous architecture for next-generation mobile communication systems.Federated learning,as a secure distributed machine learning paradigm,enhances communication performance while preserving privacy,making it a critical technology for future mobile networks.The integration of FL into SAGIN-enabled communication collaboration repre-sents a mainstream trend in the evolution of mobile communication systems.This paper firstly introduced the concepts,applica-tions,and challenges of FL and SAGIN.Then,focusing on FL-driven communication mechanisms,it analyzed key technologies for intra-layer and cross-layer communication in SAGIN scenarios,including resource allocation,network orchestration,network slicing,heterogeneous networking,mobile edge computing,and cloud-edge-device integration.Finally,it discussed future re-search directions for FL-based SAGIN communication technologies,encompassing quantum communication,6G communication,and green communication.关键词
