水稻籽粒灌浆与淀粉合成的生理调控机制研究进展
Research progress on physiological regulation mechanism of grain filling and starch synthesis in rice
摘要
Abstract
Starch is the main component of rice grain and the main energy source of people's food.The grain filling process of rice is actually the process of starch biosynthesis and accumulation.In this paper,the key indexes and physio-logical mechanisms of rice starch biosynthesis and their relationship with rice quality formation were reviewed based on the aspects of grain filling characteristics,grain starch structure characteristics,starch synthesis key enzyme activities and re-lated gene expression.The research progress of the mechanism of starch synthesis in rice grains was further prospected,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of starch accumulation and improving rice yield and quality.关键词
