NSE、SAA水平与高胆红素血症新生大鼠脑损伤的相关性分析
Analysis of the correlation between NSE and SAA levels and brain injury in hyperbilirubinemic neonatal rats

Abstract
The correlation between neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and serum amyloid A(SAA)levels and brain injury in neonatal rats with hyperbilirubinemia was analyzed.Control group and model group were set up with 4 newborn rats in each group.The brain tissue of rats was observed by staining.The level of serum bilirubin was measured by microplate method.The mRNA and protein expressions of NSE,SAA,Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by PCR and Western blot.Prism software was used to analyze the correlation between NSE and SAA levels and brain injury in neonatal rats with hy-perbilirubinemia.The results showed that:The hyperbilirubinemic neonatal rat model was successfully constructed;The mRNA and protein levels of NSE and SAA in brain tissue of model group were significantly higher than those of control group;The levels of Bcl-2 mRNA and protein in the brain of the model group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the levels of Bax mRNA and protein were significantly higher than those of the control group;Corre-lation analysis showed that both NSE and SAA were negatively correlated with the expression of Bcl-2,while both NSE and SAA were positively correlated with the expression of Bax.The expressions of NSE,SAA and Bax in the brain tissue of hyperbilirubinemia rats showed an increasing trend,while the expression of Bcl-2 was decreased.The changes in the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 can affect the severity of brain injury.Therefore,the expression of NSE,SAA can be regula-ted clinically through drug or biological means,which may inhibit inflammation and neuronal injury and reduce the risk of brain damage.In the future,it is necessary to further verify its therapeutic feasibility and promote the application of the integrated strategy of diagnosis and intervention.关键词
