Abstract

The UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS method was used to analyze the chemical composition of Wenjing Decoction,and the separation was carried out on a Kromasil 100-1.8-C18 column with a gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.05%formic acid water solution at a volume flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1 and a column temperature of 35 ℃.ESI was used with both positive and negative ionization modes,and the composition was identified and confirmed by analyzing the accurate molec-ular weight and the mass fragmentation pattern by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS as well as comparing with the multistage mass spectrometric data from the standard substances,software prediction and literature data.A total of 75 chemical compo-nents were identified from the benchmark sample(extracting solution)of Wenjing Decoction,including 28 saponins,16 terpenoids,13 flavonoids,5 phenolic acids,5 phthalides,3 ketosteroid and 5 other compounds,and all of the components were present in relevant herbs.In conclusion,UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS enables a rapid,comprehensive method for system-atic qualitative analysis of the chemical constituents in the extracting solution of Wenjing Decoction,which can provide a basis for clarifying the effective substances and improving the level of quality control.
