GA3和CPPU处理对葡萄果实果柄结构的影响OA北大核心
Effects of GA3 and CPPU treatments on structure of grape fruit pedicels
果柄是水分和营养物质向果实输送的重要通道,为揭示果实膨大剂赤霉素(gibberellins acid,GA)和氯吡脲(forchlorfenuron,CPPU)对黑比诺(Pinot Noir)和艾因塞特(Einset Seedless)葡萄果柄结构和吸水功能的影响,分别用清水(对照,CK)、25 mg·L-1 GA3、5 mg·L-1 CPPU、25 mg·L-1 GA3+5 mg·L-1 CPPU 于花后 14 d浸蘸果穗,在果实不同发育期检测果实大小、果柄结构和吸水量变化.结果表明:与CK相比,3个膨大剂处理均可增加2个品种葡萄果实纵径、横径、果柄粗度及木质部和韧皮部面积;其中25 mg·L-1GA3+5 mg·L-1 CPPU处理效果最佳,成熟期黑比诺葡萄单果重增加23.3%,果柄粗度增加76.9%,果柄维管束木质部和韧皮部面积分别增加47.9%和6.7%;25 mg·L-1 GA3+5 mg·L-1 CPPU处理使成熟期艾因塞特葡萄单果重增加52.7%,果柄粗度增加32.3%,果柄维管束木质部和韧皮部面积分别增加80.2%和24.9%;25 mg·L-1 GA3处理显著增加硬核期和转色期葡萄果实木质部面积,5 mg·L-1 CPPU处理对韧皮部面积的促进作用最为显著;在硬核期和转色期,果实水分吸收量由高到低依次为25 mg·L-1 GA3+5 mg·L-1 CPPU、25 mg·L-1 GA3、5 mg·L-1 CPPU、CK.综上,GA3 与 CPPU 可增加果柄维管束面积,增强果实水分运输效率,从而促进果实膨大.
The fruit pedicel serves as a critical conduit for the transport of water and nutrients to the fruit.Gibberellins acid(GA)and the forchlorfenuron(CPPU)are commonly used to enhance grape berry size.To investigate the effects of GA and CPPU on grape pedicel structure and water absorption,clusters of Pinot Noir and Einset Seedless grape varieties were dipped at 14 days after full bloom with the following treatments:clear water(control,CK),25 mg·L-1 GA3,5 mg·L-1 CPPU,and 25 mg·L-1 GA3+5 mg·L-1 CPPU.Changes in fruit size,pedicel structure,and water absorption were measured during the hard-seed stage,veraison and maturity stage.The results showed that all three treatments resulted in increased grape fruit size,pedicel diameter and the xylem and phloem areas of the pedicel vascular bundle.The com-bined 25 mg·L-1 GA3 and 5 mg·L-1 CPPU treatment exhibited the most pronounced effect,and increased the fruit weight of Pinot Noir at maturity by 23.3%,pedicel thickness by 76.9%,and the area of xylem and phloem in the vascu-lar bundles by 47.9%and 6.7%,respectively.For Einset Seedless at maturity,it increased fruit weight by 52.7%,ped-icel thickness by 32.3%,and the area of xylem and phloem in the vascular bundles by 80.2%and 24.9%,respectively.25 mg·L-1 GA3 primarily increased the xylem area,while 5 mg·L-1 CPPU favored an increase in phloem area.Addi-tionally,25 mg·L-1 GA3 and 5 mg·L-1 CPPU treatments increased water absorption in fruit at the green-hard stage and veraison stage,with the order of effectiveness being 25 mg·L-1 GA3+5 mg·L-1 CPPU>25 mg·L-1 GA3>5 mg·L-1 CPPU>CK.In conclusion,GAs and CPPU promoted an increase in the vascular bundle area of fruit pedicels,which could facilitate water transport and subsequently influence fruit expansion.These findings offer a new perspective for further analyzing the mechanisms underlying fruit expansion and provide an important reference for the development of innovative technologies or cultivation practices aimed at enhancing fruit expansion in grape production.
