高强钢激光-MIG复合焊不同工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响
Influence of different process parameters on weld forming in laser-MIG hybrid welding of high strength steel
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the laser MIG hybrid welding of 3mm thick low-alloy high-strength steel was investigated,and weld forming was analyzed from three process parameters,namely laser power,wire feed speed and butt gap.It was found that the melting width,laser action zone weld width and heat affected zone width changed in the same trend under different laser power,and all increased first and then decreased.When the laser power exceeds 4kW,obvious sputtering welding defects appear on the weld surface;With the increase of wire feeding speed,the backside reinforcement increases gradually.When the wire feeding speed exceeds 10.5m/min,the surface of the weld has obvious edge biting defects.Under different docking gaps,the weld with zero gap is the most full and continuous,and the weld width,residual height and heat affected zone width gradually decrease with the increase of docking gap.When the docking gap exceeds 0.6mm,the weld is not fully formed,and welding defects such as edge bite and non-fusion appear.关键词
