Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effects of carburizing temperature on the microstructure and performance of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel during vacuum carburizing.The microstructural characteristics of the material after carburizing were analyzed using a metallographic microscope,surface hardness was measured with a Vickers hardness tester,and hardness gradients after carburizing and quenching under different temperature conditions were evaluated using a microhardness tester.The results show that at a carburizing temperature of 950℃,the microstructure primarily consists of dispersed granular carbides,with uniform distribution and a smoother hardness gradient after quenching.The bonding strength between the carburized layer and the substrate is high,and the amount of network carbides is relatively low,though surface hardness is slightly lower.At 1000℃,while the carburizing time is significantly reduced,the carburized layer exhibits pronounced grain coarsening and a notable increase in the content of network carbides.After quenching,and surface hardness is higher.关键词
