摘要

Abstract

This article focuses on the batch cracking problem of the 42CrMo injector bodies on a certain marine diesel engine.Through comprehensive experiments and simulation analysis,the failure causes are explored.The results show that the cracking mode of the injector body is fatigue cracking.The machining quality at the position of the oil hole fillet R is poor.Induction quenching makes the hardness at the R position on the high side and the structure coarse.Stress concentration occurs at the R position during the service process,and fatigue cracking occurs under the action of alternating loads.
