Abstract
A286 is an Fe-Cr-Ni-based superalloy with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.It is widely used in the aerospace field and is one of the common materials for high-temperature resistant,high-strength,and fatigue-resistant fasteners.Based on the failure modes and probabilities of fasteners during service,this paper focuses on the typical processing defects that are prone to occur in A286 alloy fasteners during upsetting,heat treatment,and thread forming processes,such as overheating,deformed coarse grains,alloy depletion,and thread cracking.It introduces the typical characteristics of these defects,comprehensively analyzes the root causes of their occurrence,and formulates corresponding preventive measures.This provides a reference for the formulation and optimization of A286 alloy fastener processes and contributes to the improvement of the service quality of A286 alloy fasteners.关键词
