摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the helicopter mode and fixed-wing aircraft mode flight of the tilt culvert propeller UAV,the pitch of the tilt culvert propeller needs to be changed within a certain large range.The propeller hub structure and pitch mechanism are the main components of the pitch culverted propeller that can accomplish the pitch change maneuver.Taking the tilting culvert propeller UAV as the research object,the pitch mechanism principle is analyzed and the manipulation form of the pitch mechanism is studied.According to the parameters of the UAV propeller,the calculation and analysis of the force situation of the key parts in the propeller hub structure were carried out,and the strength analysis of the key parts of the propeller hub system was carried out.The tilting culvert propeller hub structure and pitch mechanism of the UAV were designed,the control mode of the propeller hub and pitch mechanism were analyzed,and the transmission ratio of the mechanism was studied.
