NaClO浸出贵州卡林型金矿的机理及动力学
Study on mechanism and kinetics of NaClO leaching of Carlin-type gold ore in Guizhou province

Abstract
Because of the shortcomings of cyanide leaching,such as high toxicity,environmental pollution,and weak targeting of raw materials,people have been searching for alternative cyanide leaching methods.This study used non-toxic and inexpensive NaClO as a leaching agent to leach Carlin-type gold deposits in Guizhou province.The optimal conditions were obtained:initial NaClO concentration of 0.9 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio of 9∶1,temperature of 30℃,pH=13.5 and leaching time of 5 h.Under these conditions,the average leaching rate of gold can reach 90.24%.Based on theoretical research,a kinetic study on the NaClO gold leaching process was conducted.The results indicate that the kinetic equation of NaClO leaching gold is 1-2η/3-(1-η)2/3=Kct,with the activation energy Ea=9.702 kJ/mol,which belongs to the solid product layer diffusion control model.NaClO can not only effectively dissociate gold-bearing minerals,but also achieve high gold leaching rates.This study enriches the theory of non-cyanide gold leaching and provides technical support for the industrial application of NaClO gold leaching.关键词
